Have no qualms if I had to take this down if this sealed product for sale goes against practice here. As I intend to sell this locally so can unbox it for a confirmed buyer Only

As long as you have the snaps of the seal from the carton, it is fine. There's no rule which asks the member to break the seal and show the product, if the seal is intact.
 
take anything between 500-1000 rupees for shipping and well risk is something I cant quantify as I havent shipped such an item before (except for the benq xl 2410 which i shipped at the buyers cost for making a wooden cage and then shipped it) although the Dell's box is much more sturdy nothing can happen, but still there is a slight possibility taking into consideration how the courier people handle the goods hence I mentioned buyers risk.

It would be worth it to get it delivered with the help of a friend or colleague in such situation who happen to travel by.... vercetti

saif bhai use thermacol with trackon courier and declare the insurance value around 20k. If we declare high insured value then they make sure that the product is delivered in top condition (personal experience)
