Storage Solutions 4 Months Old Sandisk 16GB microSD busted

Hi,

I bought the microSD from Tradus. I dunno where the invoice is, but I have the card casing with me. Is that enough to avail of RMA/support from Sandisk?

If yes, where are service centers located in Mumbai? There's nothing on the Sandisk site

Please help.

I dont know about the service centers but have address of the resellers in mumbai, you contact them and they will guide you further

^^ I hope you have the Red Color packaging at least left with you. That usually have the distributor/importer details along with their Customer care/RMA contact no. Please look into that. Otherwise if they reject contact sandisk directly for RMA. I had RMAed one of my 8GB cards from them directly. You need to send the card to Sandisk Mumbai office and they will directly send you a replacement either from Mumbai or from Sandisk US directly...took me a month almost though after multiple mails and escalations.
