Well al i know is that samsung ships the lcd with 3 type of panels
sq-being at the top
apart from that ther are 2 other panels( i dont rem the exact name) which the lcd are shipped with.its said that the sq panel is of the top most quality out of the 3 and the other being less in quality
now u never know what panel u have untill the lcd is unboxed coz its only mentioned
on the lcd.moreover samsung has no lcd which has ips panel.infact panasonic and lg are the only 2 companie which provide ips panel in their lcds.
Having said that the bottom line is that every lcd has 1 year warrenty so doesnot make a difference

i got the dishtv truhd coupon so a already got that installed today
