Not worth. Get the Local Warranty GTX 275 for similar price.

Reason:

1. XFX does not have international warranty.
2. Its better to get local warranty and good A.S.S. especially when the price is same
 
GTX 275 beats HD 4890 hands down.

Please don't compare cards on basis of Oc'ing.

If HD 4890 can be OC'ed so can be done on GTX 275 !

Only difference would be Oc'ed version of HD 4890 will OC better than Stock GTX 275.

Even OC'ed Edition of GTX 275 are available in market,For instance MSI GTX 275 Twin Frozer OC Edition.
