I wanted a get a 4g modem with carrier aggregation. Any body knows whether any telecom provider supports 3xca or 2xca?

in india? i don't think so. that carrier aggregation is for countries where their network is really bad. In india where everyone has cut throat competition and pay each other to use their network towers, no carrier is going to allow another carrier to use their network bandwidth which is already at its capacity.

@6pack

carrier aggregation is intra network band aggreation and not inter carrier .
Jio started CA and airtel followed it in bangalore and now voda idea also does it.

their is one netgear home router which does carrier aggregation but it is locked to carrier and not available to unlock for indian frequency .[DOUBLEPOST=1557555257][/DOUBLEPOST]https://www.netgear.com/home/products/mobile-broadband/mobilerouters/MR1100.aspx#tab-techspecs

this does 1gbps CA but no jio band 40 and no way to unlock its band for jio.

@pratikb I was planning to use Sierra Wireless MC7430 modem which supports 2CA and band 40. I am guessing if phones are allowed to do CA, my modem would be too.

we need to.enable engineering mode or alike to unlock the bands which we need .[DOUBLEPOST=1557648317][/DOUBLEPOST]and we need at least 3CA for jio and airtel .
jio is doing intra band as well 40 band 10 plus 10 mhz bonding .
