Hi,

Want to buy Cheap 4g Phone, want to use as USB Tethering . Should have no issue, old model will be OK but with decent offer.

Do not offer Karbonn, Micromax, itell, youtell, metell ;) etc. etc.

NoTe:
  1. Check with Amazon/Flipkart etc. how much you will get for your OLD/USED handset model & then PM me. Don't ask Double or Triple or Four time of that price but reasonable.
