Hi guys,
This is my first IC (would become a go if 5 orders are confirmed) for an awesome player :hap2: .Got a quote from dealer for 5400/- shipped with bill, if i can arrange a order for 5 pieces. Two orders are already confirmed. So need another three.The player comes with 1 year Indian warranty. If there are 10 orders, can reduce the price more. Once the order is placed it would take 2 weeks delivery time.

WOW! great price bro :D.. I think there is a Meizu on display at Chroma @ Juhu. So anyone interested can check it out there. I do not remember which model is on display though.
 
^^ the differences between SL nd SP are almost non-existant.

SL is a coupla mm thinner. has a lower battery life and a brighter screen. Nothing earthshattering to call it better value.
 
M6 SL is thinner, has a brushed metal back, the background sound hiss seems to be fixed, screen a bit improved although it has a little less battery time, the battery time is still good though (20hrs of music) :D .
 
there wasnt any background hiss problem with the sp as i nd a lot of other users elsewhere can attest to..

anyway.. this comparison here is pointless. all i wanna say is that if the seller can get hold of the SP for a lil less instead of selling SL at a higher price and claiming that its a better model.. i would say, dont fall for it.. coz the changes are negligible.
 
lol they said battry life been improved and claimed 26 over 20 (SP) in real battry life is almost 2.5 hours short in music but 1 hour + in video which is somethin unusual also i guess .1 inch bigger screen slim body already fixed firmware nextgen 100% support value this thing...over SP and if SP comes for less price then only its debatable otw i don think any1 wants SP over SL
 
I might be interested, would it be OK if I let you know by the 23rd JAN (payday for me :))?

Also since you are in Gurgaon would it be possible to pay and pick it up in person? And how would I got about claiming warranty if needed, do they have a service centre in NCR?
 
ok i have M3 MEIZU music card 2GB and it crashed like in 4 days :P
so now using DFU tool to recover the player
note the player has good support but the main support site in chinease so req use of translator
the eng meizume.com isd not that usefull
personally tested m3 to have more than 10 hrs of batry life
m3 and m6 have firmware problems ie limited playback of certain formats but they have tools and vdub for conversion

pickup makes lots of confusion thats y.... we r gettin from smwhere else. its a non profit go ,just because we want 3 more guys more ...well abt service nd all that we will let u know it will be easily taken care of but hope this wont come to play lol.:)

please do not make baseless comments which basically mean nothing.

the problems with the M6 at least(from personal exp) have nothing to do with the format of the music file. whatever the issues are, they tend to affect all formats.

and the *issues* as such.. are not very significant... with the most bugging one being the stutter in the last second or so.
 
guys so no 1 intrested ....no prob ... will confirm the deal in a day or 2 ...no more waitin :)
