4k tv (budget 50k ) and soundbar

Hi i am looking to buy a 4k tv and a sound bar.
My budget for the 4k tv is 50k and i have brought into consideration one model

1. LG 43uf770t . It retails for 64k in flip kart . a bazaar guy claimed he can get it for 16k lesser without warranty which is 48000

for the soundbar i have shortlisted Sony HT-GT1 260W

please advice

Hi Do you purchase this LG 43uf770t model ?
 
Hi all thanks for all of your help had other commitments could not purchase it earlier was tight on moolah settled in for the VU iconium http://goo.gl/evdPMY.

Now looking at that JBL sound bar price has increased to way too much :(
