5.1 games ?

which all games are 5.1 games ?

i thought nfs ug2 was one of em but it aint, i wanna see how games feel in 5.1 please tell me which are 5.1 games

racing , FPS TPS etc etc

i have creative audigy 2 zs and zs5500 speakers

U selected 5.1 speakers in the game options?

precisely there is no option in nfs ug2, only stereo n mono

u should try games like Splinter cell series, Theif 3, far cry , half life 2, Hitman 3

The games that use eax advanced hd will give u awesome 5.1surround!!!!!

if u want surround sound with 2.1 games then go to the eax console in the volume control of audigy2 & enable cmss.

Wasnt there a place offering patches or something for games to use 5.1 hardware. I vaguely remember such a site but am not too sure.

u will get 5.1 sound using cmss in all the games. but it wont be true 5.1 unless the game is made using 5.1. this way it will just convert 2.1 to 5.1 & u will get equal amount of sound from all 5 speakers.

u cannot get true 5.1 from 2.1 it will always be distributed equally in 5.1
