@Vivek, they charge 100 bucks on each product flat. They're located in Mumbai as you can see from your order details. Have you confirmed your order ?

yes...i confirmed the order for COD. Do they have a contact number so i could go and pick the stuff up and save on the shipping.

They are located in Pune.
 
Got a call from V-Street informing that they'll ship today as they had some courier issue last weekend. Hope others got the confirmation as well.

@Vivek, did you manage to speak to them abt the shipping cost ?
 
They are located in Pune. And please do drop them an email before ordering, they are out of stock on most items. And do a search for them before ordering any thing from them.
 
One silly query for COD:

How do they take the cash on delivery? I mean normally a courier guy comes to deliver the package. How'll will the money reach V-Street?

Also if i wanna pay by check, what is the procedure?
 
How long does it take for the order to be confirmed? Says its been pending for the past 1~2 days :S

Also another odd thing, once i placed the order, i got my confirmation mail. At the same time there was a "returned mail" from my email id to store@v-street.net , saying that email ID dint exist :huh:

Ignored it back then, but now wondering if that hasnt stopped the whole order process.
 
Me too got that "returned mail" thing. I had selected paypal as mode of payment, but could not go through. However somebody from v-street called me and had mailed me their icici bank acc no:.
 
That happened with me also. I placed the order on Friday, got a confirmation email and a returned email. I got a call on saturday from v-store that the pad would be shipped out on monday. When I check the order status, it still shows pending, so i guess thats the way it functions :no:

BTW correct me if i've got it wrong... if you select Paypal, someone from v-street will give you their ICICI bank acc no for you to transfer the money to?

When selected paypal it gave a message that the vendor can't accept payments in dollars. Later in the day someone called me from v-street asking mode of payment. He said online payment system is not implemented yet and will take time and as an alternative gave me the icici acc no:.

Anish also mentioned doing a transfer to their icici acc.

Just e-mail them saying you want their ICICI account number, they'll mail it back to you so you can make the deposit.

Also All products have been shiped on monday.. There was a minor issue that had to be sorted out for COD purposes which has been done and the products have been shipped

Dont depend on the order status
As soon as you place an order you will recieve a call within a day or two from our representative updating about your order status

Also we are having issues with paypal and have temporarily removed it
It should take a few more days before we can start with Paypal
