Laptops 512Mb DDR2 - 667Mhz cost?

ok, so my dealer is closed for the weekend

simple query: how much is 512Mb of DDR2 667Mhz RAM?

I just removed a stick from an EEEPC and put in a 2Gb. So looking to sell off the original one.

So how much is a new one? That way I can quote a decent price

EDIT: Company is SIS (ASUS OEM I guess ) Singapore warranty with the EPC till Jan.

As 1gb 667mhz costs 1200 selling it for 550-650 Rs is a good deal
