New.. Box Packed.. 5yr wrnty sayz on the pack.. no official indian warranty though :(.. but its a Kingston afterall..

Nope.. bottle, if u remember, it was 256MB x 2 :P not a single 512MB .. and besides i wud sell the Hyper-X for 2500 bucks? no way!!1
