@sasikanth8 OP should get the latest CPU from the Ivy Bridget lineup instead of Sandy Bridge.I'd recommend OP to get Gskill Ram instead of Transcend if you can as it's better in performance as quality.Everything just fits right in.
Hope this helps.:)

Why is the post so poorly formatted? I could not comprehend the information, in that case this is what I suggest --

Intel Core i5 3570k ~15000/- + Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO ~2500/- OR Thermalright Silver Arrow ~4000/-
ASUS P8Z77-V ~15000/- OR ASUS Z77 SABERTOOTH ~19000/-
[your current RAM should be sufficient but why did you go for Transcend?]
Corsair Carbide 400R ~5500/-
Corsair TX v2750W ~6900/-
MICROSOFT Sidewinder X4 ~2000/- (get this keyboard from Golccha Inter Trade, this is a must buy)
LOGITECH G400 ~1500/- OR Corsair Vengeance M60 ~3000/-
DeLL ST2220L ~8500/- OR ST2420L ~13500/-
APC BR1100VA-IN ~5000/-

You forgot the monitor,Yes this is the most weird filled template by OP,can't tell what he has and all.Anyways looks like everything is fitting in the budget. He won't be able to get the SSD though.

He already has Transcend RAM modules. Does not require 16GB of RAM in my opinion. Added monitor in the configuration I had given.

Sorry people this is the first time actually registering in a forum and actually posting a thread... And I am using a mobile browser :(

Since he has got the ram it's alright,I said if he can he should change otherwise it's ok.Also i think OP should get BENQ G2420HD-9.7k since it's only 1.2k more than ST2220.

No need to be sorry mate, you have a valid alibi, anyone in your shoes could have simply walked off with no answer on our queries, you explained yourself. Cheerio!

Tell us what you feel about the configurations?

I do not like BenQ for some reason, I prefer DeLL, call me biased you can.

Well now this is the first time.G2420HD is the only 24" VFM monitor available under 10k so if you're getting it then you'd get it.
