Like hell its going to be as fast as a 6800GT :p

Reaching the speed of the X800GTO 12-pipe edition itself would be an achievement for the 7300GT. The 128-bit bus will always hinder it, so it will never approach 6800GT level, not IMO....

As regards 6600GT vs. 7300GT....7300GT is better if its the GDDR3 version. Or else 6600 all the way.
