I am having Intel DG33FB board and running VMware 4.1 lab on that. Let me know your offer.
 
I have Asus P5K deluxe motherboard which support DDR 2 maximum upto 8GB.
This motherboard was replaced with my original one from Asus Sevice Centre on 24.07.2009 since then it has not been used.
