PC Peripherals 8800 GTX, which brand to buy???

if u want to game only at resos below 1920 then 8800gt is best for u despite it not bieng available in india

and it wont need any fancy psu like 8800gtx

even a normal zebronics 500w psu can do with a 26A on +12v

and yea abt cooling i agree with u

this card is a single slot design and gets pretty hot even at 22C room temprature so in india it has to be hotter

but i dont think it will that much a drawback considering u can place 2 fans near it so that 1 blows air on it other takes it away and throws it out

so cooling can be a problem but if u prefer resolutions less than 1920 then 8800gt is ur choice even if u are on a tight budget

let me make this clear

i am not biased towards 8800gt as i am it family member but yeah the tests show it

and 8800gt = 15k (max)(evga from kmd costs 14.5)
and CM 600w = 3.8k

so ur total is <20k which is lesser than even 8800gtx alone

so ur call mate
