Maybe he wants the hard copy for peace of mind and he can take care of RMA's himself. Just send it across since he made it clear he wants a hard copy and we can settle this

@bottle also pls look into the feedback given by rocker123, I have settled the deal by refunding his amount close to a week back as i could not send the phone... but still he has given a neg feedback...
