With 3870 X2 old news, it's time to focus on 9600GT, next gfx in line. hyeah:

Not happening cause this would then mean mean EOL for the 8800GT.

I expect the 9600GT to be slightly better than the HD3850.

9600GT will be launched on the 21st Of Feb 2008

Nvidia first told us that it wants to delay its cards due to the Chinese New Year falling in early February, but the real reason for the short postponement was a small technical problem with the early boards.

The problem is fixed, and now the companies are making its cards and preparing for the massive launch on the 21st. This will be the first of many Geforce nine series cards to come in 2008.

It will probably kill the 8800gt 256 mb... not that it had much of a life anyway

More benchies. awesome benches especially considering that it beat 3850 at COJ,an ATI game,though i wish they had used a 512mb 3850 for it.
lets see how it overclocks though,for 3850 overclock to almost 3870 core clocks and are pretty fast at that setting.
