Graphic Cards 9800GX2 vs HD4870?

How much difference will the manufacturer make to the gfx card's performance?? For instance.... compare a Palit 4850 / 4870 with an MSI or a Sapphire one... Will it be better value for money if you pick up the palit one?

NO diffrence coz it's the same chip all venours use .

only OVERCLOCKED versions will be better in performance .
