lolol...guys...he took a pic of tail lamps of a car and the added photoshop effects on it...resulting into this....its damn awsome what he did with just 2 tail lights to make it into this wallpaper...

Nopes, I don't think this is PS.

You just have to decrease shutter speed on you digicam and click a moving object. Looks beatiful aint it ?

unfortunately..its not a fotograph...but its a highly photoshopped image of a couple of tail lamps
(read blur, liquify, smoke, motion blur...blah blah blah)
