A call from +8800094720? what type of number is this?

Got a call from this number but after seeing the anatomy of the number i didn't lift it, any idea what this number about?

Though I have noticed that calls from US/UK are sometimes routed through other countries and this might show up as Bangladesh.

And what about+96.

2-3 times i got this call from this number.Is mainly miss calls.I trid picking once no reply and cut.I avoid recall as the number looked international and a big chunk might get deducted.

+96 looks code of kuwait.

It's a fake call happening for lot of people I also used to get these calls till last week no one would speak most calls are from Dubai and other Muslim countries
