Hi,
I need a cheap graphic card for test purposes. Old graphic card caught on fire, so need a cheap one to check of everything else is working fine before buying a new graphics card.

Why not go to a local computer shop to check your machine?
Unless you have other spare parts as well you can't know what part is faulty if it doesn't work even after the GPU replacement.

Local computer shops are too far, just need a cheap graphics card that I can test with and can run the PC until the New Year.

well best option would be to ask your friends or close by neighbors if they can lend theirs to check your PC. see if you have anyone like that near you.

I have a friend who has a 2070 Super, but that's his main graphics card and I don't want to take the risk of that catching on fire too.
