WTB A decent gpu for about 10k

I want to buy a decent GPU for about Rs.10,000 preferably in Chennai I can pay in cash or card
 
The gpu works fine but does not carry an invoice nor does it have any warranty as of now.
The model is Asus 1050 ti Phoenix model.

Attached are the images of the card. The metal plate has some signs of rusting given i live right by the sea. The price at which i'm looking to sell is at Rs. 9000 for this card.

I live at Mumbai South.

I could try... but currently my PC is not set up. I am waiting on a new motherboard for me to be able to setup my pc. This could take a few days.

If you could tell me about whether you are located in Mumbai, then i may be able to offer to you other options for testing my card.
In the sense, If you are from Mumbai, maybe we can work out a way where you can test the card before you buy or something like that.

I can also offer you a 3 day testing warranty, no questions asked from the day of receiving the gpu. If there is any discrepancy in my description, I shall be happy to offer a full refund.

Hi sadly I do not live in Mumbai so that is difficult for me and neither do I have a PC currently set up like you so it is almost impossible for me to test gpu
