Hello Guys,

I just bought UA40C6200UR, I saw on the net there's a firmware upgrade.

Unfortunately whenever I try to upgrade it gives me an error that there is no firmware on USB.

I would like to know what are the changes in latest firmware, I cant find out.. How would it help me ?

Also can I somehow have option of internet@TV which comes along 7 series led on my 6 series one ?

Thankss

have you followed the steps given to upgrade the firmware, I upgraded the firmware of mu Samsung LA40C630 without any problem last week. However I must say I did not notice any differenve after the upgrade.

One main thing while going for installation is you have to copy the exe file to your USB drive do the installation so that new folder is created in the drive, while upgrade USB drive should contain only one foleder (one created after installing)

^Hey did you get your LCD recently? Mind sharing the price you paid for it! This is another option for me and the LA40C550. I am considering this since it has the 100Hz tech. Was it an S-PVA panel?

@Raghav: HYDM the query. :)

Desecrator I got my Samsung LA40C630 last month, I bought from Samsung official dealer as I had Samsung employee coupen which gave me a discount of 25% on Printed price. so the LCD cost was 49K

Download the file on your pc, extract it on a usb drive formatted in fat 32, plug the drive in and install the firmware , thats what i did on my tv last week.

:O

And how do you get a employee discount coupon? Are you a Samsung employee or were you referred to by one?
