Ragupathi Infotech near S.P Road has it for approx Rs.8900+VAT. Anybody know of better rates in Bangalore?

2. If not, and if i source it from Bangalore, what about warranty? Will i have to ship it bac to BLR everytime?

guys , ma friend wud also be purchasing a p45 chipset mobo

can u tell which to choose b/w these , the one which offers easy high ocing potential

( mostly e5200 cpu gonna be used with transcend power chips 800mhz )

From E5200 reviews, it looks like they don't really have that high an OC potential (in spite of the high multiplier) and all three boards you've listed are overkill for it.
 
Guys is GA-EP45-UD3P available in mumbai for 9000 bucks,it would be a gr8 buy combining with a local warranty.

I had asked Prime about the Gigabyte UD3P board a few days back and they phoned the local stockist of Gigabyte boards and this one was NOT in stock :(
