25K+ A good price for buying Note 2

Looking to buy a white Galaxy Note 2 from Bangalore. Checked up with a few shops and the least offer was Rs 34,900 with most of others being 37k+. Is this a good price? How can I ensure that I am getting an original piece and not a refurbished one? (the owner appears to be untrustworthy)

Am willing to shop online, provided the site is reputed.

@Marcus: Unfortunately, the ebay seller does not have in white...only in grey [DOUBLEPOST=1364698737][/DOUBLEPOST]Placed an order with HS18 for a white Galaxy Note 2 @ Rs 31,995 .... Will update once I receive it.
