I just received the cooler from itdepot yesterday.. Found liquid vapor bubbles in the packaging itself..

Is that normal?

It did not fit in my case and had to install it using jugaad method to make it work..
When I switch on the PC I hear bubbles sound like one would if you blow into a straw while drinking any liquid.. Again is that normal?
It goes away about 20~30 secs after its switched on but I can hear it again when CPU is under load..

No, it is not normal. The cooler has clearly been damaged and is leaking. Id suggest you take it off soon or maybe put lots of tissue papers around the pump and radiator to detect any leak

That is because of cavitation caused by the pump. Its kinda normal when the pump starts at first but it shouldn't happen again.

The radiator is leaking coolant. Just RMA it immediately.
My cooler is working great.
Raise a ticket with Corsair and they will ask for invoice.
Send it and if you have a service center nearby then it's okay. Otherwise you need to hand them over personally.
