This white on black/dark is far far better than the Blue color.
Btw the buttons like Post Reply, Upload a file etc still have a blue background. Can that be tuned too ?

Don't want to tinker much with the trivial otherwise during the skin version upgrade it will be too much rework. Lets keep everything as standard as possible unless it is a major pain.

What does responsive design mean btw?

In simple terms, responsive means that the design works well (and is optimized) on a lot of screen sizes/resolutions. I am assuming this new skin works well on tablet and mobile as well. A quick way to check if a web-page is responsive it to drag the browser window from it's corner and slowly decreasing the window size. You will see that the elements on the page almost magically re-arrange themselves based on the window size.
