Came across this, a power supply with a built in UPS which gives 15 min backup (when used with a 17" Monitor).

cool idea but may result in space problems as none of the current cabby's come with a provision of storing a battery inside, can keep the battery outside though, but it might look odd to some.

I guess its a very very old product, when power consumptions were very low....my conclusion is coz the software supports, win95 till win98, no xp or vista....even the cabinets used are the old ones which used to sell like 7-8 years ago....

lol. get a 24V truck battery, some elec gizmos to step down voltage to 3.3, 5 and 12 and a 24V batt charger. dayummmmm

I have come across 5.25" bay mountable UPS before. This just seems to a bundled version of a PSU and such an UPS.
