i would just like to mention two names here udit:

they are surely an inspiration to follow

stephen hawking (great physicist and author)
christopher reeve (now he is with almighty may his soul rest in peace) but he lived his life post accident like his on film character superman.

due to christopher reeves contribution and funding and inspiration now the program on stem cell research is gaining fruitfull results and that will the best shot in arm for you.

so never loose any hope do whatever you are doing right now with your best ability.
