 well never thaught of that..worth a try...will check n update ...thx bro:clap:

u supplied the board with 12v 8pin connector or 4pin??.

4 Pin ..coz both my Local as well as VIP come with 12V 4 Pin connector..also as long as the Psu is Aux 12V 2.0 and above ..i dont think it sud b a preoblem

I think the board is shorting somewhere. check if its making contact anywhere to the backplate. try running it out without a cabinet. Proably with the mobo seated on its cardboard box. Make sure you take proper precautions before you attempt this.

hmm:( lemme chk..

power on the board and just move the monitor plug that u connected to the gpu frm side to side.it should post.

I am not sure what exactly u mean by that...cud u explain it to me ..:ashamed:

ABIT IP35-E needs 8pin 12V connector.
ur mobo might be short of power coz of that 4pin connector .
get a good quality PSU frm. friends for testing(must have 8 pin connector)...then see if it's working or not .

and if it does not work .....straight way get board replaced .

n i think there is GREEN light for LED on mobo..not RED one .....

so most probably PSU is a problem...coz mobo requires 8pin connector .

I Seriously Doubt that... coz 1 of my frnd is having a CM 500/600 E Extreme PSU which has a 4 Pin connector and is using it with his Asus Wifi mobo w/out any problem, also Abit Manual suggests that either 4/8 Pin connector wil do, provided the PSU is Aux 2.0 and above ....also the LED on my Mobo is RED and not Green:ashamed:

just try with another PSU ...........coz connecting 4PINS instead of 8PINS .......is simply we can say underpowering ur mobo .

did u try clearing the cmos ? .. possibilities of display not working, hope you've tried checking the gfx card on other boards as well.
I see, you have dynet as well as OCZ? .. did u start the system with 2 different brands of rams ?
It happened to me too, but that was an issue with moisture during rainy season. Had to start it off by using a hairdryer

ROFL....=))

Both. Actually they r near one another.I took 3 pics to show you. They r from a 2MPix cam so please forgive the quality. The middle pic got a flash blast so I took the last pic without a flash.

Sorry for bumping the old thread but just got word from Tirupati that the board is working just fine :ashamed: ....now i donno wats wrong ...my diagnostic or theres ... guess will have 2 start the Troubleshooting process 1 more time...:@ ..... 2 quick questions, Is Tirupathi Reliable ???? and does Palit 9600 GSO have any issues with Abit ???:ashamed:

^ Tirupathi is reliable. Just check the mobo in front of your eyes. See if u missed something while doing it yourself. Sometimes all you need to do it insert RAM stick again, try that lol....
