CPU/Mobo ABIT IP35-E Replacement

Am looking for a LGA775 DDR2 mobo to replace my old ABIT IP35-E mobo, which has conked out recently.

Proccy is C2D E7200.

ASUS P5Q-VM, with G45 Chipset is preferrred.

Or else, any decent P45 Chipset mobo will do.

My IP35E conked off recently too so I replaced it with a budget
