Hi! Recently I got an invite to demonoid from a member here. I tried downloading a few movies. (HD)
But each time, I get this message: Tracker response error. Torrent deleted or not in pool yet. Go to demonoid.com and read the FAQ there.
 
May be you need to build up a ratio or something on similar lines before being able to download certain category of torrents.

PS: Ratios on demonoid do not matter (IIRC) . They don't ban you for bad ratios.
 
^^ You mean just disconnect and reconnect to internet..right :ashamed:

I suppose that is because demonoid torrents done have the passkey system as there are in private trackers. Demonoid is like a semi-private tracker. Not sure if i used a correct term or not.
 
yep.

or reboot ur modem , jst change ur ip so that the site doesnt relates ur ip with the torrent.

Done that a lot of times in the past.
 
may be the uploader has forgot to upload the torrent in demoniod ..

i have demoniod account .. and made this mistake first time when i uploaded my torrent file ....

or

the uploaded has deleted - moved the necessary files in his hard disk

I've been trying to download the hd version of transformers 2 (8.something GB) Got it from tpb which had a demonoid tracker. I Got an invite form a member here to demonoid recently. But even after that, i still get a speed of 12kb!
 
I download torrents in a bulk from demonoid and then logout. Restart my modem and then start downloading them without logging in again till I finish downloading.
 
that error generally comes when demonoid removes a torrent due to complaints....

Just read the comments on the torrent b4 dloading :)
 
Demonoid files are hosted by other sites as well.

Situation wd be same like u ask ur frnd where is a file located on his comp 2 days ago and you cannot find it now cuz it was removed from that location.
Or
If u downloaded the file from demonoid itself, many times sites dont remove the torrent files from their dbase, just disable it.

demonoid tracks your ip by recording it when you log in to the website. you will have to relogin to demonoid every time your external ip changes in order for it to correctly track your tranfers.
 
i am not able to open demonoid from yesterday afternoon onwards. i am on mtnl triband. Anyother facing same problem.
 
I am on Tata and the problem is happening here too, It seems to me to be a global issue, if you use google link for specific page to demonoid then it gives a error message of too much load on Demonoid server......
 
demonoid just cant track the ratio correctly. last week, my ratio was .96 and i downloaded somthing after which i left multiple demonoid trackers on upload. in that week, i must have downloaded 500mb from demonoid a uploaded 3-4gb. but, the download kept going up every day even though i wasnt downloading and my ratio came down to .89 or something.

why bother when they dont mind low ratio and it doesnt affect your a/c in any way.....
