CPU/Mobo About new motherboard

Hi guys, i want to change my existing motherboard which is MSI 945G series. I have Intel C2D E4300 and 2gb ram. suggest me a good motherboard.
 
Giga G41 has DX10 onboard & G31 has DX9... (not that it matters much)

Giga G41 has PCIe 2.0 & G31 has PCIe 1.1

BUT

Giga G31 consumes slightly less power & overclocks more than G41 (allegedly)...

Why is this board not enough. What extra you plan to install..?
 
you will laugh at this. because motherboard doesn't have a pci slot . i think it is not a genuine mobo. it has been purchased by my uncle 1 or 2 years ago.

Your motherboard is not a fake one it might be a piece which does not support the PCi E standard, I hope that is what you mean if it is an Intel Original essentials board it might explain
