I am from EAST - Bhubaneswar ( actualy in Town 
) ... In summer Temerature reaches 42-45 celcius.So i want an AC for my house. House Dimension and Non-Inverter or Inverter AC is Later Things.
Here Power Throught Day in summer remains below 130 V ( average 90 Volt
)
So my Question is Will i run AC on these Powers ??
If not, then can AC runs on Servo Home Stablilizers ??? if yes then How many Kwh ?
plz help me Will i Feel AC or i have to survive with FAN
