Hey Guys,
I created an account in Amazon couple of days back. Since My friend was going on a weeks trip to US I ordered an Item in amazon using my India credit card and gave the shipping address as my friends hotel address in Boston.
My placed an order for ths stuff (Today 10 PM IST)...around 170$
I also got a confirmation mail in my inbox giving the order no.
But since then I am unable to access my account in amazon:S. When I enter my email id (username) and pwd; it says the account does not exist.
Called the help desk in US and they said that the order and Id might have been under investigation by the amazon's security team and they can't do anything
I have received no email, calls telling me about the bloackage or anything about my account
I need to have the item reach my friend by monday or tuesday but looking at the situation this does not seem possible
Can anyone help me as to what needs to be done here to escalate this? I have written 2 mails to amazon and made 2 calls to US already
