Account permissions fixed

Hello,
I was trying to post in the "Retailers & Direct Sales" sub-forum.
But it seems there has been recent changes and I for some reason I am not able to post there.
I am part of "Enclave Plus" currently I don't have enough posts/reputation to add feedback/post my requirements in the marketplace.
Can mods help with the permission issue?
 
Can any body tell me why my messages count is still showing 0.

Hello, you have Enclave Plus and that allows you to post in the User-to-User listing section. Retailers & Direct Sales is for Resellers. That is a separate subscription.

I am not a reseller.
I am looking out reaching out to them to purchase items available on sale.
Currently I am also not able to provide any feedback from the items purchased recently.
Has this been changed? Do I need to purchase reseller account to interact on the Retailers and Direct Sales sub forum?
