no issues. just make sure u keep it on a hard flat surface so that theres plenty of ventilation around it.
Keep the rear-end of the laptop raised, so the fans etc. are not blocked at any time, and it'll work perfectly.
Plus if your Acer comes with the EPM manager software, you can underclock the processor to ridiculously low speeds to keep it running cool and quiet.
I run my 1.73Ghz Dothan-based Acer laptop at 600Mhz most of the time.
