Can anyone confirm if the Warranty will be honored even of the "Warranty void if Seal is Removed" sticker is punctured or torn?

My product on sale aside, some years back (2021 I think), had this conundrum with Dell laptop. Service centre guys did not care and proceeded with service request.
In practice, it seems to me, removal of the sticker doesn't void your warranty but if you break something or cause any damage while working inside your laptop, the repair will not be covered under the warranty.

So essentially, if the sticker is torn, it is at the sole discretion of the Service Center personnel whether to honor the Warranty or not.
Additionally, consumer shouldn't break anything inside if they wish to claim warranty.
This seems like an ambiguous and risky situation, where consumer is at the mercy of the Service Center people.

If they have given slot for upgrade, I don't think they can void warranty merely if you happen to upgrade specs. So, no - definitely not at the mercy.

Also, this is India. So relax. Thank you for your input

This is difficult to say. I've claimed one and the service guy replaced the motherboard without any issue.

Yes. This would be the most accurate way to put it.
@fakemishra post pics of the laptop display ON and cpuz screenshots showing the specs.
