A Part of digitizer doesn't work, see pic. Never an issue while general use.
Battery life is still above five hours, full hd video playback. Running windows 8 now and runs very smooth.

Hmm true, I might have over rated it, can't rate it now :(

You can try acer service center, I have never inquired about that as I never felt need for replacement.
