Hi,
Need 2.0 active PC Bookshelves for PC.
Budget - Upto 30K.
Bluetooth not needed.

Have tried Edifies and Pre Sonus that are under 20K. Is there anything better

You can take a look at Kanto for active speakers around 30k if it's available here anymore. It's equivalent to what Audioengine used to be in olden times.

I was looking for the same as well, narrowed down to this new model from Adam that retails for $300, will be asking a friend of mine to carry it for me from EU when he visits.

I have these and was about to recommend them for a this crazy deal but the price jumped in amazon from 8.1k for 1 speaker to 13.5k within few secs. 1st jump was to 12k then to 13.5. Its as if amazon was increasing the price the more I refreshed the page. :blackeye:

Do you need studio monitors or speakers for media consumption instead of clinical studio monitors, cause you mentioned Pre sonus speakers ?

For normal speakers these are a great option : HiVi Swans M200MKIII+

Not sure about website but these are some local listing

These look like same speakers

Beware not all active monitors sounds good for normal listening and are mainly geared towards small sound recording studios.

I have a pair of their T5Vs. Endgame perfection for me. German audio engineering at its finest. Bought them for 38k from Amazon in 2021 and now they retail for over 50k for a pair.

The screenshot is for Open box speakers. Most likely returned or used/display piece.
The link takes you to brand new speakers. It shows 10.5k with Hdfc no cost emi.

The JBL 305P is great budget studio monitors. I had the snow white edition which I sold off. But these are studio monitors which are not ideal for regular listening.

Colored speakers with a bit more warmth is sound better for normal usage. The Swans are really good for that. Have a more warm tube like sound signature.

Is Active non negotiable?
I would go for a Chinese amp (fosi etc) for 8-10k and get a used hifi bookshelf for the rest

I know one ex TE mod who recently sold his PSB B6 and nad 316bee for just below 30k recently

yeah, need an out of box solution due to space constraints. My earlier edifier R1280T conked out after 5 years so ready to invest a bit, to connect to PC.
Maybe I might purchase another edifier
