We have temporarily closed the Labs program of Flash Player 10 for 64-bit Linux, as we are making significant architectural changes to the 64-bit Linux Flash Player and additional security enhancements. We are fully committed to bringing native 64-bit Flash Player for the desktop by providing native support for Windows, Macintosh, and Linux 64-bit platforms in an upcoming major release of Flash Player. I Remember ,during the Early 64-bit GNU/Linux Days ,nspluginwrapper was a boon for Flash users.

and again ,returned back to 2010 again no native flash support for 64-bit Users !But nspluginwrapper development and updating slowed down after adobe's native 64-bit flashplugin alpha ware which now has disappeared(and may be Permanantly)?

nspluginwrapper+32-bit flashplayer is the Solution for now.But ,with latest 10.1r53 32-bit flashplugin and nspluginwrapper has some issues(browser Freeze/crash).

chrooting with 32-bit browser and plugins on 64-bit?For Me, Definitely Na Na.

Then ,there is swfdec ,gnash plugins which are no where suitable for a average Desktop *nix User.

Till html5 and a good web standard regarding embedded videos comes ,We have no option but flash.:bandana:

 
I have 64 bit archlinux and am using opera. Downloaded the libflashplayer.so file from adobe site and copied it to my opera plugins dir. Using flash smoothly.
 
With the advent of the HTML 5 soon you won't be in need of Flash players for browsers imo. And the Flash players possess a great security threat to the system too :(
 
^ and html5 does not? lol. wait till specially crafted javascript pages start popping up and screw peoples pc's.

^^ I wouldn't say HTML 5 is completely secure but its far better than Flash and its still in working draft and once they finalize we could hope for some more improvements on the security front. I could say for sure that the need for 3rd party plugins would be reduced considerably.
