51-70k Advice for my potential build?

I'm thinking of buying my first desktop, mostly going to use it for productivity, programming, and some gaming in the future. The single biggest concern is being future-proof, and stable.

Also the tag isn't really perfect. Right now all these parts total retail to 70k, so I'm kinda right on the border.

CPU : Ryzen 9 7900
Cooler : Stock for now, but might upgrade later
Power Supply : GIGABYTE GP-P550B 80 Plus Bronze
Case : MSI MAG FORGE 120A AIRFLOW
Motherboard : MSI PRO B650M-P
RAM : Corsair Vengeance 16 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-5200 CL40
SSD : WD Black SN850X 1TB

For the near future, I am not planning to buy a GPU, and later I will probably buy a second hand GPU (budget <40k, will buy based on what is available), or a new RTX 4060. The games I want to play are not that demanding, and I really don't see myself spending anything above 50k for a GPU in the near future.

My main concerns:
  • The CPU TDP is 65W (since it is the non-X variant), and I plan to use the stock cooler. Is it viable in India in a non-AC room?
  • Will the 80 Plus Bronze rated PSU blow up in my face or am I being schizo
  • Another option for RAM is Corsair Vengeance 2x16GB 6000Mhz, but this will need me to turn on memory OC for this CPU. Are the crashes that bad that I will have to upgrade my motherboard to the non-P version as well? The non-P variant seems to have better support for higher frequency RAM and memory OC in general. I am mostly buying the P variant because on paper the P variant should also support 6000Mhz sticks, and is 5k cheaper. I don't really see myself needing RAM with higher frequency than that, and in the grander scheme of things (2-3 years) I am perfectly fine if I have to pay 16k for a better motherboard down the line.
  • Am I wasting money by buying brand names that I trust for the motherboard, PSU and case? The case seemed to be 1k above the rest of the cases, which did not seem like that bad a deal to me.
  • I might have to upgrade my PSU later based on the GPU, but I think as per my plan if I do buy the 4060, would the PSU be able to drive it fine?
  • Any other recommendations for GPUs? 4060 seems like the perfect performance to price ratio from my perspective, but if there's something else that I can get more performance out of, but is slightly pricier, I might consider that as well. I've seen people complain about the 8GB VRAM but this is my first GPU so I have no conception of what that means in terms of usability.
Thanks!
