there are high spec models from Hp & Acer too.(even from Lenovo & dell).The Toshiba model is just 1 month since its launched in India, You will not get Toshiba international quality (both in build quality/peformance/reliable parts/finish etc)on India specific Toshibas.
In many makes & models under 50K, all are made by few companies in china for these companies ,so all of them rolls out from same factory.
Go for the same if you are a Toshiba fan, else try models from Lenovo,Acer,Dell Etc.
There is no guarantee that changing the brand makes it good.Only few models from few makers are star performers , all other's are just copycat junks !!!
Even you can try new laps from MSI, they are good for both value & performance too.
