any idea how much it is?

@4.2-4.4K. Will give you sufficient time to shut down if your on 'full load'. 5-6 minutes. Else it should hold true (idle system) approximate -- 12-11 minutes.

jus wondering, can a 1.1kva ups be sufficient to power the 750W power supply effectively...?

(forgive me if its a noob question :-D)

coz, giving 750W is almost 60-70% of the UPS load... so am thinking abt its efficiency...

The max on your power supply is 750W, it probably works at half that most of the time. If you push the system fully loaded it might start climbing. If you have the budget, you should consider a unit like the APC Smart UPS 1500, it has 980W, line interactive, AVR Boost/drop and power regulation. Running at 375W you'd have 36 minutes of run time. If you pushed the system to the max, to the point where it's going to blow up, you'd still have a run time of 10 minutes.
If you're on a tight budget and can't splurge on the 1500, you could always go with the 1000. The APC Smart UPS 1000 has 670W. If you're running at 375W, you'd have 16 minutes of run time. If you push your system to the point of destruction, the UPS would overload and shut down. So it's ok either way.
Both units are line interactive and offer the most protection. Let me know if you have any questions.

Not sure why people are going beserk. A UPS can backup 60-65% of its ratings -- for enough time to shut down. So the 1.1KVA should support 715W. Even if the OP has a TX750 -- no ways will he be 'loading' that full amount on the PSU --> which in turn will load the UPS. Yea, unless he connects a blow torch or lawn mower to it...!
