Advice on Digitizing old photos, negatives and films

I had contacted one mumbai based studio. They had quoted rs.300 per roll (negative) to digitize it. This was 3 years back

dont know about rolls sir , but have plenty of negative stripps which they come in foldable plastic.. i have like many..not only that numerous pictures
