Advise for a new ADSL2+ modem

I need a new ADSL2+ broadband modem for my BSNL dataone connection.
Need one better than the one that BSNL provides. With better noise tolerance.
Me requirements:
1. ADSL2+ modem
2. Wireless (in case there is a good non-wireless model, i can use that with the BSNL's UTStarcom WA3002G4 as my wireless router)
3. I do a lot of torrents

ADSL modem and N300 WIFI router with 4 Mbit LAN ports, and a USB port. available for 2400 at mumbai
 
Consider to buy 3G Dongle made by Huwai ~ 2.5k will always set you free to go with any Service Provider, just change the sim avail free 1st time offer of 200/300 mb data, check speed & refil more if wish to go else buy new sim up to Rs.25/- & move ... :)
