Advise good sound system around Rs.5000.

Looking for a good speaker system around Rs.5000 to hook it up to TV.
Usage is mostly movies and soaps.
Can stretch the budget lil bit. Open for used systems also.
 
any other alternatives? MX5021 is notoriously hard to find. I had one seller in Palakkad but not willing to ship.
 
Guys is edifier c2 worth @ Rs.3750??? Are there any new/better optian avbl at this price point?
It was 4100 earlier uin the day.

IIRC there are two Edifier C2 models now being sold, one the vanilla C2 and the other the newer C2 plus (at a higher price). I've read and heard good things about the C2 speakers and would safely say that they are worth the 3.7k price tag in my books. I was at a point very close to buying them but then ended up with something entirely different. It is then that I had actually read reviews and watched videos on Youtube about the C2.

Have you tried inquiring the prices locally where your at? Also, the Edifier C3 is another very good sounding set of speakers, although it's close to 8-9k I believe.

EDIT: I just checked, the C3 seems to be out of stock everywhere online.
