Affordable 2.1 Speakers For PC

I'm LF a affordable 2.1 Speakers system for my PC.
My budget is 1K.....
BTW,can I connect my headphone to front port when the speakers are connected at rear port to my PC ?
Or, should I turn off speaker and then connect that headphone ?.....:S

Get the iBall Tarang 2.1 for Rs 1,300/- It is a full wood system & sounds excellent for listening to Classical, Rock & also for movies.

imo there aren't really any earphones/headphones in the 1k range that give you what a speaker in the same price range does.
