Afridi "bites" back!

Just when i think Pak cricket cant sink any lower, here comes Shahid Afridi biting the cricket ball like a deranged mongrel at least on two occasions during the just concluded 5th ODI vs Aus (which they lost ofcourse) in his effort to tamper the ball while trying to cover it with his hands in front of like a million cameras around the arena probably thinking that he was being real clever and that he would get away with it. What a moron! This is even more bizarre considering he's just been appointed the captain of the Paki side. He's been handed a trivial 2 T20 match suspension which is lenient to say the least. Had i been the match refree, i would not want to see such cheats playing International Cricket and given him a lifetime ban. This is not the first time Afridi has been caught cheating. He was found guilty of tampering the pitch in a Test match against England.

Paki cricketers have always had a flair for cheating and ball tampering. These guys are a shame to the sport and to their own country!
 
Hungry probably. It's a physically taxing sort of sport, this Cricket ... who knows. I once read of the Chinese miners trapped underground, eating leather belt to stay alive. Packees are known to take inspiration from the Chinese cousins.

Just checked cpl of sites, interestingly enough they thought he got away lightly and the ban should have been longer. There are no denials or cries of rascism when its as blatant as this !!

Some even were praising his 'honesty' after the fact. There really is no excuse here is there, tension of the match and a desire to win any which way, nope.

Anyways 2 Matches ban is a very small punishment. He shud have been banned atleast for 10 matches...
 
If uve watched the replays of Afridi muching on the cricket ball, on the first occasion , u can clearly see Naved Rana watch Afridi biting the ball as well as on the second instance, Asif look at Afridi bite the ball and quickly look down as if nothing happened. Are the match refrees that dumb not notice this and include the team members in the punishment. What a bunch of losers these Paki cricketers are. Dont they have any morals?

After Afridi eating the cricket ball, noone can now say Paki bowling attack is tooth-less!
